Phat Pickle

Lil B has offered a view into his personality, yet again.

When he was around 2 he started coming into the kitchen trying to show me how he liked to dance. It took awhile before I realized that what he was attempting was break dancing.

At that time it was him crawling around on his hands and knees and then launching forward and sliding all of 6 inches. He was proud and I was tickled.

His newest song craze is C & C Music factory, Gonna Make You Sweat.

During the 4th or 20th time he danced to this song and wanted my full attention,..... I noticed that he was standing on a piece of paper. Careful to place this paper just so before starting the song each time ((of course once he got going, he was all over the place)). But the paper had me curious.

He was given a new helmet this week to wear when bike
riding. It was cold and raining, but he was adamant to at least have the chance to wear the new helmet when sitting on and riding his bike. While coaxing me to allow him outside, one selling point would be that he would wear his jacket.

Ok, long story short, he is standing before me fully dressed, in his jacket and helmet. He then proceeds to put his sunglasses on. At the time, I am thinking of saying "you look cool dude" but he beats me to it by asking "do I look fat?".

Huh. "Um, no honey of course not." that got the response "you know, phat, like cool". Oh..... ok...... yeah, and he's 3.

Having not heard the conversation, I sent him to Big B to ask his opinion. As expected Big B also says "Fat? No, you aren't fat." But what was not expected is that it would very much upset Lil B to hear this from his older brother.

I have a lot yet to learn about this lil guy, and looks like break dancing and urban lingo will be starters.

And the pickle. Well that was just odd. I took the boys by Burger King. I knew that Lil B removed the pickle from his cheeseburger, what I did not know is that he threw it into the toilet. Unknowingly I went in to use the restroom. As I turn to flush, I notice, first that something was there in the toilet, second that it was most unusual.

Any time something odd presumably comes out of your body, you do pay attention.

It took my brain a few seconds to process what I was looking at before realizing it was a pickle slice, but WOW, what a weird feeling in those lost seconds.

Now I am also very curious to know what other items have been flushed.

And as always, I wanted an image to accompany the post and in my search found some wonderful quirky oddities to share......

Koolickles ((Kool-Aid pickles)) Yuck.

.................... now I really want a pickle.

Fried pickles are awesome. From what I remember anyway, it has been 11 years or more. If curious, here is how to make them.

Tommy Pickles of the Rugrats

Mr. Pickles

Pickles the puppy

Pickles the clown

I love the Pickles comic.

..... and of course, how to make dill pickles.

I am carrying the pickle theme over to the Doodle Page today. Come see the Pickle Fairy and Tooth Pickles
